Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis through the end of the year. This role will primarily support non-provider hiring (administrative, front office, billing, and operations roles) within our growing dental organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organized recruiter who can manage multiple openings, source top talent, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. Dental or healthcare recruiting experience is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and priorities for non-provider roles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication and strong follow-through.
Assist in onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes as needed.
Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting reports.
Represent the organization professionally and promote its culture and values to prospective employees.

Requirements:

2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (healthcare or dental preferred).
Must have experience using iCIMS
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with ATS systems and online sourcing tools.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
